Information you provide

Supplier applications and uploads

Supplier applicants provide a verified account email, company and contact name, country, capabilities, products or services, minimum order information, optional certifications and website, a company-profile PDF and optional product images. Application metadata is stored in the website database and files in private Cloudflare R2 object storage.

The applicant and authorized website administrator can access the application and its files. If approved, only the owner-reviewed anonymous capability summary, category, country and partner reference appear in the ecosystem. Names, contacts and uploaded files are not published. Resubmission removes the prior summary until reviewed again. Removed files are deleted from active storage after a successful update; contact OEM2EMS for a complete application deletion request.

How the information is used

Contact details support reviewing and responding to your enquiry. Newsletter records capture your request for future newsletters and articles. Member information supports saved progress, community participation and reviewing requested supplier introductions. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing updates.

Who can see your information

The subscriber list and contact inbox are restricted to the authorized website administrator. Introduction requests are visible to the requesting member and the authorized administrator. Community posts, replies and their author names are visible to signed-in community members; do not include private contact details or confidential product information in them.

Website hosting, storage and authentication providers process the information needed to operate their services. This review version uses Sites hosting and a Cloudflare D1 database. Email-only member authentication uses Supabase. Verification emails are sent using Namecheap Private Email. Resend processes newsletter subscriber email addresses, unsubscribe preferences and delivery events to deliver newsletters. You can unsubscribe through the link in each newsletter; existing opt-outs are preserved during subscriber syncing. These cloud services may process information outside the Philippines. The site does not promise storage in a particular country. Authorized administrators and the hosting owner can access operational records for management and recovery.

Supplier introductions and external services

Supplier identities are not published in the ecosystem pages. OEM2EMS reviews introduction requests and may arrange a WhatsApp group. Confirm the proposed participants and information to be shared before joining; WhatsApp group participation may disclose your profile and phone number to other participants and is governed by that service’s policies.

The assessment at assessment.oem2ems.online is a separate application. Its submissions are not automatically added to this website’s member area. Review its information handling before submitting.

Cookies and account access

The website uses a session cookie to maintain signed-in access. The current member session lasts up to one hour, subject to authentication-service validity. Hosting access controls may also use cookies. No advertising trackers have been added to the website application.

Processing and your choices

Consent supports newsletter-interest registration and requested sharing for introductions. Account and enquiry information is used to provide the services you request. Limited processing may also support service security and applicable legal obligations. Withdraw consent by contacting info@oem2ems.online; withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

Your choices and requests

You can contact OEM2EMS to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of newsletter interest or other applicable privacy rights. Explain your request without including unnecessary sensitive information. Identity confirmation may be needed before account information can be released or changed. A request submitted through the form is saved for review; it does not automatically remove a record.

You may also raise a concern with the Philippine National Privacy Commission. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the circumstances.

Retention and security

The current application does not automatically expire newsletter signups or contact enquiries. Proposed retention for owner review: enquiries and closed introduction requests for 24 months after the last substantive contact; inactive or declined supplier applications for 12 months; active supplier profiles and member records while the relationship remains active; newsletter interest until withdrawn, with an annual review of inactive records. Community contributions remain until removed by the author or administrator. Longer retention may be needed for an identified legal obligation or dispute. Reviews and deletions are manual; automated expiry has not been implemented. Access controls limit private records, but you should still keep confidential drawings, trade secrets and sensitive personal information out of public discussions and initial enquiries.

Before this policy becomes final

The operator details and privacy contact are confirmed. The proposed retention schedule and rights-request process below need owner review before public launch. This draft is not a statement that every legal requirement has been met.
